HopOnBanff cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to departure time. Cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded.
Route changes and delays
HopOnBanff cannot control closed roads and traffic in Banff National Park. Possible changes to routes and delays can happen.
If you want to change any details of your booking, (change of time or date) or to cancel an optional extra you have booked, we will do our best to help but do not guarantee the availability. Should you cancel an optional extra, cancellation charges will be applicable, based on charges levied by the activity provider. Minimum & maximum number of participants for all events and excursions are determined by our suppliers.
Supplier’s Liabilities- Tours and Activities
HopOnBanff Ltd. acts as an agent and makes arrangements with bus lines, tour companies and other independent parties.
Any excursion you book on our website or through our representatives your contract will be with the provider of the excursion and not with HoponBanff Ltd.
Although great care is taken to choose suppliers, we are unable to directly control them and therefore we are not responsible for their acts, omissions or for anything that happens during the course of the activities provision.
The travel services provided by these suppliers are subject to the conditions imposed by the suppliers, and their liability may be limited by their tariffs, and international conventions and agreements.
You are responsible for arranging your own travel insurance and should ensure that there are no exclusion clauses in your policy of insurance limiting protection for the type of activities you book (rafting, via Ferrata etc). Appropriate travel insurance is recommended to cover you in all circumstances (including medical expenses, injury, death, repatriation costs, air ambulance and helicopter rescue services) and for all activities in which you intend to participate.
